Sudarshan | Chapter 6 | Life in Turmoil

After some time that person again comes to Sudarshan, and says "What did you think Sudarshan?"

Sudarshan says that if I agree with you, will you let my father know?

That person answers, I can let go from here, but they will remain where we want. They will be under our supervision till you finish your work. If you try to do anything wrong or act wise, then you lose your father and your father your life.

The rest of you seem very smart. You should get an answer by tomorrow, let your father gets more time. Sudarshan stays in the night and thinks about what to do. On the other hand, his father is worried that if those people did anything with his son.

 

On the other hand, as soon as the news of Sudarshan's abduction spreads, the senses of the Government fly away and this news is repeatedly shown on the news channels. Many experts also give their opinion on this. The Government is aware of the seriousness of this incident and due to this; the Prime Minister calls an emergency meeting. 

In this meeting, the defence chiefs and national security advisors are also present. The Prime Minister orders all government organizations that Sudarshan should be ascertained under any circumstances and he should be brought back safely. Because of the technology that he has developed, the whole world could be in danger in case of misuse.

 

The next morning that person again comes to Sudarshan and asks "what has he decided?" Sudarshan replies that I have no other way than to obey you, I will do as you say. "This is a wise decision," says the man laughing. Come with me you will see a glimpse of your new life. He takes Sudarshan out of that room and through an elevator he goes out, looking at Sudarshan. So he is surprised, because there is the sea around him and he is on a small island. There are also some houses here which probably belong to the tribal living on that island.

 

Sudarshan asks the person, "Which place is this?"

He looks at Sudarshan and says that you are asking the wrong question.

You should ask where will I work?

 

Sudarshan understands his meaning and says nothing. The person signals Sudarshan to walk with him. Both of them go towards an old house through a rough road. Sudarshan is unable to understand what those people are doing at this place. Looking at the nearby visual, it seems as if no one has come here for many years. The person opens the door, both of them enter the house. The view inside the house was somewhat similar. There are spider burns, pearl layer of dust and soil and tree roots all over the place, as if there is the forest in the house. Sudarshan is standing and looking around.

That's when that person calls out to him, saying, "It is none of our business to stare here. Come with me."

They go to an old room; this room seems to be a piece of ancient art as it was a part of an old fort or palace.

 

That person then presses a brick into the wall with his stick. As soon as the brick is pressed, there is the sound of sliding the wall. It is a hidden door. That person goes inside that door. It is a lift, and its entire buttons are somewhat different. this lift has buttons like G, G1, G2, and G3… .. and it didn't take Sudarshan to realize that he was in the top of a building. The person presses a button and the lift starts going down. Sudarshan is still calm and trying to understand all the events. The elevator stops after going down some 15 floors, Sudarshan is surprised when the door opens. 

The situation here was completely opposite to the atmosphere above, there is quite a stir here. There are clean corridors; it is a very developed and state-of-the-art place. It was a very large laboratory, where many scientists were engaged in conducting their own experiments. The person takes Sudarshan to a room where a scientist is already present and are trying to understand and improve some scientific formula. The person calls the scientist "Doctor Leagues", "Meet Sudarshan", he turns back on hearing the voice. Dr Leagues looks Indian but not by name, and this question comes to Sudarshan's mind. Dr Leagues looks back, looking at Sudarshan in front, he says,

"I have heard a lot about you, you have done so much work in such a small age, your father must have been proud of you." Glad to meet you. "

Sudarshan replies, saying, "Thank you and he is still proud of me today."

Leagues say "They must have told you why you were brought here?"

And what you are seeing on this board, maybe you also understand this. Your physics is very good and you are also an engineer yourself, that is why you also know how to use these formulas in real life. And we have already seen that in your college project. “Do you want to tweak it”, leagues says.

 

Sudarshan goes ahead and looks at the formula carefully. After thinking for some time, he makes some changes in it. Dr Leagues and that person were watching Sudarshan making changes in the formula. After making changes in the Sudarshan formula,

"Do you expect the same correction", askes Sudarshan.

"Yes" says Dr Leagues. "I knew that you would fix it. From tomorrow you will work with me, take rest today. We have to change a lot.”

 

The next day Sudarshan goes to Dr Leagues, he explains to him his work. Both starts work together.

 

Leagues was working on a kind of defence project. This is a modern version of Sudarshan’s college project. Dr tells him that this is to protect the soldiers, and would be better than a bulletproof jacket. Decrod is a defence equipment company. Sudarshan speaks while stopping him, but his method does not seem right. 

Dr Leagues says, is a private company and does not want anyone to get ahead of them, that’s why, they are ready to do whatever they want. Maybe that's how they do it. I too was brought here like this. Sudarshan asks where this company is from; meaning which country it belongs to. Dr Leagues says I do not know. And both get their work done. After many months of hard work, both of them get success in making such jackets. 

Sudarshan's technology is more secure and controlled than before. Many experiments were also successful. Everyone is happy but Sudarshan is not. Because, he is not aware whether he had done this work in the interest of India or against. When the work is over, Sudarshan prays to let his father meet. Decrod allows him.
